Michael Minard

Michael Minard

Michael Minard has over 20 years of scientific and technical business experience and is a specialist in the commercialization process and the design and implementation of corporate strategy.

Before serving as an Executive VP at General Electric, Michael progressed through the ranks of Lockheed and IBM. Michael has in-depth experience in managing sales teams, marketing and operations and was responsible for creating and launching major new lines of business with resulting revenue streams in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Michael serves on the Boulder Circle of Care and GO3 Foundation board of directors as well as a consultant for the Boulder Small Business Development Center.

Michael received his B.S. from Ohio State University.

Jennifer Baird

Jennifer Baird

From 2004 to 2010, Ms. Baird was CEO of Accuri Cytometers, a rapidly growing venture-backed company developing and marketing breakthrough life science research products. She co-founded Accuri and led the company from inception through development and commercialization, raised over $30 million in venture equity and debt funding, and achieved more than $10 million in sales, a global reach and near-profitability in just five years time. Previously, she was a key member of the senior management team at ISSYS, a technology development firm focused on using micro-electromechanical systems for medical and scientific sensing applications. Earlier in her career, as a Vice President at Keane Consulting Group, Ms. Baird managed over $10 million in projects, worked with 25 companies, and helped her firm quintuple in size to over 150 staff. Ms. Baird began her career in commercial banking while getting her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Ms. Baird has a BA degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.

Jill Kenney

Jill Kenney

Jill Kenney is a Senior Region Director for Tandberg, now a part of Cisco, Inc. Kenney is responsible for video sales growth for the public sector for the western half of the U.S. She was formerly the executive vice president of Sales & Marketing at SpectraLink Corporation where she responsible for implementing marketing and sales strategies designed to position the company for expanded growth. She joined SpectraLink in early 2004. Prior to joining SpectraLink, Kenney was corporate vice president of Worldwide Marketing and Strategy for StorageTek. In this role, she was instrumental in realigning the company’s focus centered on the “Voice of the Customer.” Kenney’s responsibilities included corporate strategy, product marketing, advertising, marketing communications, industry analyst relations, and brand repositioning designed to a build strong operational foundation. She also worked to develop extensive relationships with the indirect channel organization. Prior to StorageTek, Kenney had a long and distinguished career at Xerox that culminated in a senior vice president position managing a $2.9B revenue stream for the Eastern Region of Xerox’s North America Solutions Group. Kenney began her career as a salesperson at Xerox which ultimately led to a number of key management positions with the company. Kenney holds a JD from the University of Colorado and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. She also holds an MBA from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.
